Wow! Didn’t Ally Pally come round fast? It seems only yesterday we were at last years show trudging up the hill from the station to days full of yarny goodness. We have been planning to launch Yarn Stories here for a year and now we are just a little giddy at the prospect of packing up our van today. Tomorrow we arrive and dress the stand with our first yarn Fine Merino, ready to welcome visitors on Wednesday. That’s right, Wednesday – there is an extra day this year. An extra day to meet knitters and crocheters and tell them our story. About a yarn imagined in Yorkshire and brought direct to them. What will they think of the yarn, the designs, the colours? Nervous and full of anticipation, that’s us.
If you are coming down to the show we hope you will come and see us. Not only do we have a competition on the stand to win £100 worth of yarn – that’s around 20 balls of yarn in any shade you fancy – but the first 50 people to enter each day will get one of our very yummy shade cards for free.
Amanda, Juliet and Charlotte are manning the stand ready to answer your questions, oh, and to help you be one of the first to buy this amazing yarn.
See you there.
