Imagine taking in the calm of deserted beaches, the beautiful forms and colour palettes you find in rock formations. Our first collection, Fossilisation, takes its inspiration from ancient, natural shapes and textures and showcases a key look for the season - undiscovered texture built by pairing deep structural cables and flowing rib stitches. Evolving fair isles blend seamlessly into a sea of muted colour, drenched in greys and neutrals. Shapes are simple, yet effective with cocooning silhouettes, grown on organic necklines and fluted hems and cuffs.
Insects and invertebrates
Have you ever been fascinated by a butterfly’s wings or the jointed legs of a beetle? Our second collection encapsulates this intriguing side of nature with deliberate textures, intricate patterns and almost geometric forms. The translucent details in these minute creatures, which blend the vibrancy of mid shades and muted tones, certainly inspired the designers. The use of delicate lace creates a tender softness reminiscent of translucent winged creatures while otherworldly stitch formations mimic the hard-shaped shells of beetles to give garments structure and form.
Fossilisation begins its roll out on mid-September and Insects and invertebrates launches from early October.
We can’t wait to see what you think of these two collections.
